We’re Jason (Jay) and James (Jimmy), two lifelong friends from Whippany, NJ, with a shared passion for the construction and land development industry. Our journey has taken us from local roots to significant roles in large-scale projects, and we’re excited to share our experiences and insights with you.

Meet Jay

With nearly a decade of experience operating heavy machinery, I’ve honed my skills in various demanding environments. My career began as a Project Manager at a prominent commercial land development company in New Jersey, where I managed projects exceeding $10 million over five years. This role challenged me to blend leadership with technical expertise, ensuring that every project met our high standards and client expectations.

I hold an Accounting Degree from County College of Morris (CCM), which has given me a strong financial foundation to navigate the complexities of large projects. Additionally, I pursued a Cybersecurity Degree at CCM, recognizing the increasing importance of technology and security in our industry. My diverse background allows me to approach challenges from multiple angles, ensuring efficiency and innovation in everything I do.

Meet Jimmy

I’m Jimmy, and my journey in the construction field has also been deeply rooted in hands-on experience. I spent over three years as a foreman at Carevalla Demolition, where I led teams in some of the most intricate demolition projects. Before that, I worked for two years as a foreman with the Local 472 Laborers Union, overseeing various labor-intensive projects.

With nearly ten years of operating heavy machinery under my belt, I’ve developed a keen understanding of the nuances involved in landscape management and design. I earned my Landscape Management Design Degree from CCM, equipping me with the skills to transform outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. My background in management and design allows me to combine creativity with practicality, ensuring that our projects not only meet but exceed expectations.
